As a Board-Certified physician in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine, as well as an author and podcast host, I combine medical expertise with Biblical wisdom to guide women toward lasting transformation.
I’m also a wife and mom, and I know firsthand how easy it is to put yourself last. That’s why I’m passionate about equipping women to find balance, freedom, and joy in their health journey—without guilt or overwhelm.
